Ambassador Terms
How commission, attribution and payouts work.
Eligibility
Ambassadors must be students or active members of a campus community and must be approved by Panta before earning.
Commission
Approved ambassadors earn 1% of the transaction value of every completed purchase made by users who registered through their referral link.
Commission window
Commission applies for 365 days from the date the referred user registers. After that, transactions no longer earn commission.
Attribution
A user is attributed to the first ambassador link they use at registration. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are not eligible.
Qualifying transactions
Marketplace orders, food orders and event ticket purchases that are paid and completed. Cancelled, refunded or disputed orders are reversed.
Payouts
Commission becomes eligible once the underlying order is completed. Payouts are made to your Nigerian bank account once the minimum balance is reached.
Conduct
No spam, misleading claims, fake accounts or incentivised fake orders. Abuse leads to removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
Changes
Panta may update commission rates or program rules with notice. Commission already earned is not affected.
